Order Fulfillment

API will help you setup your PayPal or other shopping cart email order response and/or setup your Amazon.com account. An API-provided email will be assigned to receive all orders from your web site and/or Amazon.com. API will package, print label and/or required barcode and ship book to appropriate location. Shipments will all be sent via media mail unless prior arrangements have been made, i.e. FedEx, Express Mail, etc. An activity fee to cover handling will be assessed for each book shipped. Phone and fax orders will be charged an additional fee. A prepaid shipping account is required. Talk to your API representative for more details. Monthly email reports will be sent to customer detailing orders filled and addresses shipped to. Printed reports $2.50 extra.
